The King's Row
The administrative artery where citizenship, trade licenses and customs ledgers are recorded.
The Iron Gate stands sentinel on Ironport’s eastern wall, where the cobbled streets of Rupert Square narrow into disciplined order. The district smells of oil, steel, and parchment. Rows of barracks and drill yards line the main avenue, where recruits of the Golden legion march in perfect formation. This same district houses the King’s Row where scribes attend to citizenship records, trade licenses, and custom ledgers. It also houses the City Watch division of the Golden Legion. The citizens that live in this district more often than not work in this district as well.

A black-stone fortress carved from the wall itself, the tallest structure in Iron Gate.
The city's eastern gate. Legion inspectors and customs officers control the corridor through it.
Stone counting houses that log every shipment entering or leaving Ironport.
Dense housing for soldiers, Legion families and the workers who serve them.
Lodging in an old watchtower just inside the wall, run by the retired knight Olkesh Marroth.
A former Golden Legion supply depot against the wall of the Branded Quarter, now home to the Ironbound Company.
Measured, steady, and unflinchingly fair. The Chief Censorate of The King’s Row. He prioritizes order not for its own sake but because he’s seen how quickly a city can unravel without it. Wants to maintain the integrity of Ironport.
Stoic, disciplined and deeply principled. His reputation precedes him as a stern but uncruel man. He wants to preserve the Branded Knights and what it stands for, or at least what he was told it stood for.
Brittle, stern, and prone to outbursts of anger. As the Overseer of the Iron Gatehouse, Jeric commands his gate with intimidation. He sees all traffic in and out of that gate, and he knows that.
