The Lamplighters

Officially, the Lamplighters light the city's streetlamps. They recruit orphans from the House of Eternal Sunshine, giving them purpose and protection, and operate out of The Golden Light under the soft-spoken Hewelin. Locals respect them; the Church tolerates them.
