The Free Captains

“No port but ours.”

An alliance of pirate lords from the Shackles who sail the Bronze Expanse. To outsiders, they appear as ruthless marauders, but among themselves they follow a structured code of mutual respect. Territorial honor, and naval alliance. Each Free Captain commands their own ship or fleet and is beholden only to the Pirate Council.
